Nedre Foss Brewery is situated in the old manor house by the same name that lies by the Akerselva river in central Oslo. The manor was completed in 1802, but the area surrounding the house has been known as a mill and farmstead since the 13th century.

The brewery itself was established in 2015 after several years of extensive renovations. It consists of a 1000 liter brew house together with four fermenting tanks. We brew beers in accordance with tradtional recipes but also experiment with what nature has to offer.

All of the beers brewed at Nedre Foss are served exclusively at our brewpub, a pub which also features one of Oslo's largest selections of draft beers.
